Neptune offers a wide range of maintenance, repair and conversion services, carried out efficiently and safely at our yards in Hardinxveld and Aalst, or on-site at client locations. Our Dutch facilities serve various vessel types, including inland cargo ships, river cruisers and workboats.
Facilities and location
Our locations offer a variety of slipways and moorings, and are easily accessible from the Port of Rotterdam and Europe’s inland waterway network.
- Side-launching slipway: 137 x 40 metres
- Ship cradles: 18 in total; max load 300 tonnes each; max vessel weight: 5,500 tons; max draught 4.5m
- Mobile crane capacity: 4.5 tonnes x 40 metres
- Overhead crane: max load 320 tonnes
- Quayside berths: up to 310 metres in total
Neptune also has a 250-metre quay facility for the repair and mobilisation of vessels and pontoons. In combination with a mobile crane with a capacity of 10 tonnes at 30 metres, this facility can carry out a wide range of repair and mobilisation works.
