Neptune has been providing high-quality ship building services for over 50 years. We are dedicated to offering a complete range of flexible and high-quality solutions; whether it is to our or the customers proven designs; adapted designs; or custom, one-off, designs and bespoke mission systems to meet each client’s individual requirements. But all intended to maximise efficiency and economy.
Integrated Excellence in Shipbuilding
Whatever the project, we strive for high-quality, efficient and reliable vessels. Vessels built in close collaboration with our customers and utilising their experience and feedback to optimise each individual vessel’s design and layout.
Integrated production. From design and engineering to steel-cutting and outfitting. All at our two shipyards in the Netherlands. This enables us to guarantee high quality and short delivery times for vessels up to 137 metres in length and 40 metres of beam.
Fabrication
Neptune Shipyards operates multiple all-weather production sites in the Netherlands, equipped for efficient and sustainable shipbuilding in steel, aluminium, stainless steel and FRP. Our facilities deliver complete vessels and offer workspace for customers and subcontractors during construction and commissioning.
In house material cutting, flat panel line, robot welding, multiple lifting facilities up to 100 ton and ample quayside space allow for an efficient production process. The largest slipway is capable of launching vessel up to 24000 GT. All locations are equipped to provide complete finished ships to our customers. We have dedicated spaces for the construction and finalisation of both steel, stainless steel, aluminium and FRP vessels. Neptune Shipyard runs a multi-year investment program in its production. We continuously improve the production process but also work to enhance and create a sustainable process with a minimised footprint and to introduce AI in the work processes.
