Integrated Excellence in Shipbuilding
Whatever the project, we strive to deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable vessels. These vessels are built in close collaboration with our customers, utilising their experience and feedback to optimise each individual vessel’s design and layout.
Integrated production: from design and engineering to steel cutting and outfitting, all at our two shipyards in the Netherlands. This enables us to guarantee high quality and short delivery times for vessels up to 137 metres in length and 40 metres in beam.
Fabrication
Neptune Shipyards operates multiple all-weather production sites in the Netherlands, equipped for efficient and sustainable shipbuilding in steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and FRP. Our facilities deliver complete vessels and provide workspace for customers and subcontractors during construction and commissioning.
In-house material cutting, a flat-panel line, robotic welding, multiple lifting facilities with capacities of up to 100 tonnes, and ample quayside space allow for an efficient production process. The largest slipway is capable of launching vessels of up to 24,000 GT. All locations are equipped to deliver fully completed ships to our customers. We have dedicated spaces for the construction and completion of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and FRP vessels.
Neptune Shipyards runs a multi-year investment programme focused on its production facilities. We continuously improve our production processes while also enhancing sustainability, minimising our environmental footprint, and introducing AI into our work processes.
