Neptune offers a wide range of maintenance, repair and conversion services. Our work is carried out efficiently, securely and above all safely. These services can be performed at our yards in Hardinxveld and Aalst in the Netherlands, or on-site at client locations if required. Our Dutch facilities are equipped to handle various vessel types. This can be seagoing but also includes inland cargo ships, river cruisers and workboats.


Facilities and location
At our Dutch facilities we serve a broad portfolio of vessels. Our locations offer a variety of slipways and moorings, and are easily accessible from both the Port of Rotterdam and Europe’s inland waterway network.
- Side-launching slipway: 137 x 40 metres
- Ship cradles: 18 in total; max load 300 tonnes each; max vessel weight: 5,500 tons; max draught 4.5m
- Mobile crane capacity: 4.5 tonnes x 40 metres
- Overhead crane: max load 320 tonnes
- Quayside berths: up to 310 metres in total
Neptune also has a 250-metre quay facility for the repair and mobilisation of vessels and pontoons. With assistance of an additional mobile crane with a capacity of 10 tonnes at 30 metres this facility can carry out a wide range of repair and mobilisation works.
